Summary

This study compared two surgical techniques to treat a broken wrist bone (scaphoid) that failed to heal on its own. Thirty adults received either a minimally invasive arthroscopic bone graft or a traditional open surgery. The goal was to see which method led to faster healing, better wrist movement, and fewer complications.
