This study tested two ways to help more people get the COVID-19 vaccine: sending text reminders, and offering extra help from a patient navigator to address barriers like transportation or scheduling. Over 65,000 adults from Utah community health centers took part. The goal was to see which method worked better at getting people vaccinated.
