Summary
This study follows people with spinocerebellar ataxia type 7 (SCA7) for up to 5 years to learn how the disease affects vision, coordination, and the brain. Participants aged 12 and older will have yearly eye exams, neurological tests, and brain scans. No treatments are tested; the goal is to better understand SCA7 progression to help design future therapies.
