Summary

This study aims to learn how a rare genetic disease called SCA7 changes a person's vision and brain function over time. Researchers will follow 25 people with SCA7 for at least five years, performing regular eye exams, brain scans, and neurological tests. The goal is to gather detailed information to help design future treatment trials and better understand the disease's progression.
