Precision radiation offers new hope for inoperable kidney cancer patients

Summary
This study tests a very precise type of radiation (SBRT) for people with kidney cancer who cannot have surgery. The goal is to see if this treatment can control the tumor while causing fewer side effects. About 60 participants will be followed for three years to check for tumor control and quality of life.
