Summary
This study tests a very precise type of radiation called stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT) for people with kidney cancer who cannot have surgery. The goal is to see if this treatment can control the tumor while causing fewer side effects. About 60 participants will receive one to five radiation sessions, and researchers will track their health and quality of life for three years.
