Zapping cancer spots may slow prostate cancer spread

Summary
This study is for men with hormone-sensitive prostate cancer that has spread to a few places (up to 3 spots) in the bones or lymph nodes. It tests whether adding highly targeted radiation to those spots, on top of standard treatment, can delay the cancer from getting worse. About 118 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either standard care alone or standard care plus the targeted radiation. The main goal is to see how long it takes for the cancer to progress.
