Scientists track experimental cancer Drug's journey through the body

NCT ID NCT06713369

Summary

This early-stage study aims to understand how the body absorbs, uses, and eliminates the experimental drug Saruparib in patients with advanced solid tumors. Eight participants will stay in a hospital to receive the drug orally and intravenously while researchers collect blood, urine, and stool samples to track the drug's path. The main goal is to gather detailed information about how the drug moves through the body, not to test its effectiveness against cancer.
