Scientists track experimental cancer Drug's journey through the body
NCT ID NCT06713369
Summary
This early-stage study aims to understand how the body absorbs, processes, and eliminates the experimental drug Saruparib in patients with advanced solid tumors. Eight participants will stay in a hospital to receive the drug orally and intravenously while researchers collect blood, urine, and stool samples. The main goal is to learn how the drug moves through the body, not to treat the cancer directly.
