First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding the arthritis drug sarilumab to a three-drug immunotherapy cocktail can make treatment safer and more effective for people with advanced (stage III or IV) melanoma that cannot be removed by surgery. About 105 participants will receive the combination. The goal is to reduce severe immune-related side effects while still controlling the cancer.
