First seen Mar 05, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 13 times
Summary
This study looks at how certain immune cells (monocytes and macrophages) behave in people with sarcoidosis, an inflammatory disease, compared to those with tuberculosis. Researchers will analyze blood and tissue samples from 100 participants to find patterns that may explain why sarcoidosis develops. The goal is to better understand the disease and possibly discover new treatment targets.
