Nerve release may ease knee pain in active young adults

Summary
This study looks at whether a manual therapy technique to release the saphenous nerve can help reduce pain, improve balance, and restore function in people with patellofemoral pain syndrome (front knee pain). The study will include 36 adults aged 18 to 35 with knee pain lasting at least six weeks. Participants will receive nerve release therapy and be assessed for pain, balance, and knee function.
