Summary
This observational study aims to establish normal ranges for salivary cortisol and find the best cut-off values to diagnose Cushing's syndrome and adrenal insufficiency. Researchers will compare two different lab methods using samples from 220 healthy adults and people with these conditions. The goal is to improve diagnostic accuracy for these hormone disorders.
