Summary
This study looked at whether giving the drug salbutamol (a common asthma reliever) through a nebulizer helps people with severe COPD who are on a breathing machine. 43 adults took part, and researchers measured their lung function and symptoms. The goal was to see if the drug eases breathing during a flare-up.
