Summary
This early study tested a drug called SAGE-718 in 18 people with Parkinson's disease who also have mild problems with memory and thinking. The main goal was to see if the drug is safe and tolerable. Researchers also looked at whether it helped with thinking, mood, and movement. The study is now complete.
