Summary
This study is an early test of a new medicine called RO7763505. It will check if the drug is safe and how the body processes it. The trial includes about 196 people, first healthy volunteers and then patients with stable coronary artery disease. Participants will receive either the drug or a placebo, and researchers will monitor side effects and drug levels in the blood.
