Summary
This early-stage study looks at how safe a new drug called INCB123667 is and how it moves through the body in people with severe kidney disease or kidney failure. About 16 adults aged 18 to 85 will take the drug by mouth. The goal is to measure drug levels and check for side effects, not to treat the kidney condition.
