First seen Feb 01, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 19 times

Summary

This early-phase study tests a new radioactive drug, [177Lu]Lu-AKIR001, in 15 adults with advanced solid tumors (like thyroid, head and neck, cervical, vulvar, or lung cancer) that have a specific marker called CD44v6 and have stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goal is to see if the drug is safe and what side effects it causes. Participants receive up to four infusions of the drug, with close monitoring for 6 to 12 weeks after each dose.
