Army tests app to boost soldier resilience and cut risky behaviors

Summary
This study tests a mobile app called Level Up that teaches life skills to soldiers arriving at their first duty location. The goal is to see if it reduces harmful behaviors like suicide attempts, improves mental health, and helps soldiers perform better at work. About 5,000 soldiers will be randomly assigned to use the app or attend a standard training session, and they will be followed for 6 months.
