Summary

This study is testing a program called Level Up, which teaches life skills to soldiers arriving at their first duty location. The program is delivered through a mobile app and includes personalized messages and virtual booster sessions. Researchers want to see if it can reduce harmful behaviors, improve mental health, and enhance job performance. About 5,000 soldiers will take part, with half receiving Level Up and the other half a standard training session.
