NCT ID NCT07434856

First seen Feb 28, 2026 · Last updated Jun 15, 2026 · Updated 15 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a program called Safe Night Out, which trains bar staff to spot and stop sexual and intimate partner violence, actually works. Researchers will enroll 150 staff and 500 patrons from 50 bars in California. Half the bars use the program, half do not. Participants will report any violence or safety checks over 18 months to see if the program makes a difference.
