Summary

This pilot study tested the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), a passive listening therapy, in 45 adults with PTSD and anxiety. Participants listened to specially designed music and completed questionnaires about their symptoms. The goal was to see if SSP could help calm the nervous system and reduce PTSD and anxiety symptoms.
