Summary
This study tested a drug called sacubitril/valsartan in 52 people on dialysis who also have a type of heart failure (HFpEF). The goal was to see if the drug improves heart function and is safe for this group. Participants were randomly assigned to receive the drug or standard care, and heart function was measured using ultrasound and blood tests after 2 months.
