Summary

This study tests whether the drug sacubitril/valsartan can improve heart function in people with a specific type of heart failure (HFpEF) who are also on chronic hemodialysis. About 60 adults will be randomly assigned to receive the drug or standard care. The main goal is to see if the drug reduces heart chamber size and improves heart strain over two months.
