New combo therapy shows promise for recurrent ovarian and endometrial cancers

Summary

This study is for people with ovarian or endometrial cancer that came back after initial treatment with platinum-based chemotherapy. It tests a new drug, sacituzumab govitecan, combined with cisplatin to find the safest dose and see if it can shrink tumors. About 54 participants will take part, and the study is currently recruiting.
