New drug cocktail shows promise for recurrent ovarian and endometrial cancers

Summary

This study tests a combination of two drugs, sacituzumab govitecan and cisplatin, in people with ovarian or endometrial cancer that has come back but still responds to platinum-based treatments. The goal is to find the safest dose and see how well the drugs shrink tumors. About 54 participants will be enrolled at a single center.
