First seen Jun 04, 2026 · Last updated Jun 17, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study tests whether a combination of two drugs, sacituzumab tirumotecan and bevacizumab, can shrink or control brain tumors in people with triple-negative breast cancer that has spread to the brain. About 24 adults whose cancer cannot be removed by surgery or radiation will receive the treatment. The goal is to see how well the drugs work against brain metastases and how safe they are.
