Summary
This study tests a treatment plan that adjusts medications based on how well a patient responds. It combines three drugs (ruxolitinib, dexamethasone, and etoposide) for children and young adults with a severe immune condition called HLH. The goal is to see if this approach is safe and effective for newly diagnosed patients or those whose disease has come back.
