Summary
This study tests a combination of three drugs (ruxolitinib, dexamethasone, and etoposide) for children and young adults with hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (HLH), a rare condition where the immune system attacks the body. The treatment is adjusted based on how well the patient responds. The goal is to control the disease and reduce side effects. The trial includes 10 participants aged 6 weeks to 22 years.
