NCT ID NCT07408700
First seen Feb 14, 2026 · Last updated May 08, 2026 · Updated 11 times
Summary
This study looks at how the type of ground you run on (like asphalt or trails) and how much you train might be linked to knee pain in recreational runners. About 134 adult runners will answer an online survey about their running habits and any knee pain they have. The goal is to find out which factors increase the risk of patellofemoral pain, so better prevention tips can be developed.
