Summary
This study tested whether a substance from royal jelly (Royalactin) helps heal diabetic foot ulcers. Ten people with a specific type of foot sore received either standard care plus the jelly extract or standard care alone. Researchers measured wound size and looked at skin cell changes under a microscope after 4 weeks.
