First seen Apr 16, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study tested whether a substance from royal jelly, called Royalactin, can help heal diabetic foot ulcers. Ten people with diabetes and a specific type of foot ulcer received either standard care plus Royalactin or standard care alone. Researchers measured ulcer size and looked at skin cell activity under a microscope after 4 weeks to see if Royalactin improved healing.
