Summary
This study tested if a substance from royal jelly, called Royalactin, can help heal diabetic foot ulcers. Ten people with diabetes and foot ulcers received either standard care plus Royalactin or standard care alone. The researchers measured ulcer size and looked at tissue samples to see how well the wounds healed over four weeks.
