New rehab approach aims to ease pain and improve sleep after shoulder surgery

NCT ID NCT07135375

Summary

This study is testing whether a customized physical therapy plan, based on how many shoulder tendons were repaired, works better than standard therapy for recovery after rotator cuff surgery. Researchers will measure shoulder function, pain levels, and sleep quality in 50 patients over 50 years old. The goal is to find the best rehabilitation approach to help people regain movement and comfort after their surgery.
