Summary
This study is testing whether a rehabilitation program tailored to the number of repaired shoulder tendons works better than standard rehab after rotator cuff surgery. It will involve 50 patients over age 50 and measure improvements in shoulder function, pain levels, and sleep quality. The goal is to find more effective recovery methods for this common injury.
