Summary
This study looks at whether smelling rosemary essential oil can help healthy adults think more clearly and remember better. About 63 participants will either inhale rosemary oil or a placebo, then take memory and attention tests. The goal is to see if this simple, natural approach can give cognition a gentle boost.
