Summary
This study looks at whether smelling rosemary essential oil can help healthy adults think more clearly and remember better. About 63 participants will either inhale rosemary oil or a placebo for 14 days. Researchers will test their memory and attention before, right after, and at the end of the study to see if the oil makes a difference.
