First seen Oct 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 33 times
Summary
This observational study enrolls 38 adults with advanced ROS1-positive non-small cell lung cancer who have already taken entrectinib as part of their regular care. Researchers will analyze tumor or blood samples using genetic sequencing to understand why the cancer becomes resistant to the drug. The goal is to identify resistance patterns, not to test a new treatment.
