Summary
This study compares two materials used to fill root canals during retreatment of infected teeth: standard gutta-percha and a newer material called MTA. About 58 adults with small infections around the tooth root will be treated and followed for one year. Researchers will check healing on X-rays, pain levels, and any tooth color changes.
