Summary
This study tests whether a drug called romiplostim N01 can help rebuild platelets faster after a stem cell transplant for blood cancers like leukemia. About 130 adults will receive either the drug or standard care. The goal is to see if the drug reduces bleeding risk and speeds recovery.
