New drug aims to speed platelet recovery in blood cancer transplants

Summary

This study tests a drug called romiplostim N01 to see if it can help platelets recover faster after a stem cell transplant in people with blood cancers like leukemia. About 130 participants will either get the drug or standard care. The goal is to reduce bleeding risk and improve recovery after transplant.
