Summary
This study tests whether adding romiplostim to standard immunosuppressive therapy helps children and young adults with severe aplastic anemia recover their own blood cell production. The trial includes both newly diagnosed patients and those whose disease has returned or not responded to prior treatment. The goal is to see if more patients achieve normal blood counts without needing transfusions.
