NCT ID NCT05942092
First seen Feb 26, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This study looks at 1,400 women with early breast cancer whose tumors could not be felt. It compares two methods used during surgery to find and remove these hidden tumors: one uses a radioactive injection (ROLL), the other uses a tiny magnetic seed. The goal is to see which method helps surgeons remove the whole tumor with clear margins, reducing the need for repeat surgery.
