Summary
This study tests a drug called rogaratinib in people with sarcoma (a type of cancer) or a rare stomach tumor called SDH-deficient GIST. The drug works by blocking certain proteins that help cancer cells grow. The goal is to see if the drug can shrink tumors or slow the disease. About 48 adults with advanced cancer that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery are taking part.
