Summary
This study tests whether adding roflumilast, an anti-inflammatory drug, to standard antidepressants can better reduce depression symptoms. About 60 adults with major depression who still have significant symptoms will take either roflumilast or a placebo for 8 weeks. The main goal is to see if the combination leads to greater improvement in depression scores.
