Robot-Assisted breast surgery aims for faster, more satisfying recovery

NCT ID NCT07236359

Summary

This study aims to find out if a newer robotic surgery technique leads to better recovery and satisfaction for women having breast reconstruction after a mastectomy. Researchers will compare the robotic method, which uses a small hidden incision, to the standard surgical method. They will measure patient well-being, body image, and surgical outcomes over 12 months to see which approach offers more benefits.
