Robots vs. keyhole surgery: new trial tests High-Tech approach for Crohn's and colitis

Summary
This study is testing whether robotic surgery can be used effectively for patients with Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis who need bowel surgery. Researchers will compare robotic surgery to standard laparoscopic (keyhole) surgery in 100 patients to see which approach works better. They'll measure things like surgery time, blood loss, and how the robotic equipment is set up during the operations.
