Robot-Assisted walking therapy may boost mood and reduce fatigue in stroke survivors

Summary
This study will test whether adding robotic leg training to standard physical therapy helps stroke survivors feel better emotionally and physically. About 36 adults who had a stroke at least 3 months ago will receive either robot-assisted walking training or treadmill training, plus usual rehab, for 6 weeks. Researchers will measure quality of life, depression, anxiety, and fatigue up to 3 months after treatment.
