Robot-Assisted breast surgery: could it be safer and more satisfying?

Summary
This study is testing a new robotic method for nipple-sparing mastectomy in people with breast cancer or a high risk of developing it. The goal is to see if the robotic single-port approach is as safe and effective as traditional open surgery, while possibly improving nipple sensation and patient satisfaction. About 90 participants will be followed for complications, cancer recurrence, and cosmetic outcomes.
