Summary
This study is testing a new robotic method for nipple-sparing mastectomy in people with breast cancer or a high risk of developing it. The goal is to see if the robotic approach is as safe and effective as standard surgery, while possibly improving nipple sensation and patient satisfaction. About 90 participants will undergo the procedure and be monitored for complications, cancer recurrence, and cosmetic results.
