Summary

This study tests whether a robotic arm treatment can improve arm movement in people who had a stroke more than 6 months ago. Sixty right-handed adults with mild to moderate arm weakness will receive 15 robotic therapy sessions over three weeks, plus standard rehab. Researchers will measure changes in arm function, brain activity, and daily life impact.
